Women Speak Out

Torie Amarie Dale is the author of the short story “Broken” which was selected by emerging filmmaker, Jeanette Li, to serve as the basis for her short film re-entitled “If You Loved Me”.

This extra seeks to give the abused woman a voice and bring awareness to a subject that is all too often ignored. It’s both Torie’s and Jeanette’s desire to show the world the devastating effects of abuse and empower women to overcome them. Much thanks to Jeanette for allowing me the rights to show this video.   And a very big thank you to all the woman in this video who were brave enough to speak out.  Your courage will not be forgotten.

And for all you victim’s of abuse, please remember “You are Beautiful!” and “You matter!”

My heart is with you,
